I was slightly apprehensive about purchasing something so large and heavy on the Internet, but the price you offered was hard to resist (including freight, stand and some free bonus items). I have searched both locally and all over the 'net and no one could match your price. This somewhat concerned me-how it could be so low. Was it for a reconditioned model? I did some further research and found your company to be very reputable, and even called and spoke with a customer service representative. My order arrived as indicated by UPS and in perfect, new condition. I was a little confused, though, because I received a light for my saw that I had not ordered. I sent an e-mail to customer service and asked if the light was in substitution of the bonus items that I did not receive. Ronda replied the next morning apologizing for the confusion, and told me that the original bonus items offered were being sent that very day. You have earned a loyal customer and an excellent reference for your company, your prices, and your service. It is refreshing to find an organization that knows how to do business when so many others have forgotten. I have gone out of my way to tell friends and family of the great deal and service I received from your company. I wish I would have known about you years ago-I could have saved a ton of money.
